Chris Frevert awarded designation

Chris C. Frevert, Principal of the firm, has been granted certification as a Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) by the M&A Source, the world’s largest organization of middle market intermediaries.


This designation places Frevert in a small and elite group of professionals servicing middle market companies, traditionally defined as companies with valuations of $1 to $20 million. M&A Source reports that there are presently only 67 M&A specialists nationwide carrying the M&AMI designation.
The designation is presented to intermediaries who have completed extensive merger and acquisition coursework, demonstrated success in middle-market transactions, and passed a peer review.
“This certification process was long and demanding, but also very enlightening and well worth the effort” said Frevert, in accepting the award at a recent annual meeting of the national M&A group in Phoenix. “I am pleased to be able to put this certification to work, in Citadel’s on-going efforts to service Northern Colorado’s growing middle market business environment”.
