Each member of the Citadel team has had experience acquiring companies on a personal level. They understand the emotional “rollercoaster” that a buyer feels during the acquisition process.
For more detailed information on any of our current engagements we require that a prospective purchaser complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement, Financial Statement, Buyer Profile and required Colorado Division of Real Estate Forms.

Corporate Buyers


Many companies recognize that the quickest, and often the most profitable way to grow their business is through acquisition. We can help growing companies to grow more quickly by conducting a custom acquisition search. Acting as an agent for the Buyer, we will prepare a list of target companies based on the clients needs and persue those targets on the buyer’s behalf.
We welcome an introduction of company principals by their advisors. Principals or advisors may contact us for more details on this program.
